Only information on customers is that which is freely given by the customer at the time of ordering directly with North Devon Angling Centre through a secure server is retained.

All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

The only information collected is that needed to place, process and deliver an order to a customer, this will also require an address, email and contact telephone number to be supplied by the customer.

Unless requested a customer will receive no follow up email after completion of their order.
